Today, I will share with you 6 things about the water. Listening to those may change the way you drink water. And you will become a lot more healthier.

Best way to drink water


1) AVOID DRINKING WATER JUST BEFORE OR AFTER MEALS

This is simply because when we eat food, our body temperature increases. 
A digestive fire ignites in our system to enhance the process of digestion. However, when we drink water the body temperature goes down because of which the digestion process slows down.

Promise yourself that you will not drink water
at least half an hour before the meal and an hour after the meal.

I know it's not easy but try. It will be very beneficial as almost all bodily
diseases start from digestion. I will share with you a simple trick. I have applied it to myself and trust me, it has worked really well. Just rinse your mouth with water after meals. This will give you a certain amount of mental satisfaction. Try this and really it will work. Within 7-10 days, your body will adapt to this change and you will no longer crave for water before or after meals.

2) DRINKING WATER SIP BY SIP

Drinking water in one go is harmful. In our stomach, gastric juices are produced
for digestion. They have a pH level of 1.5 - 3.5 On the other hand, our saliva has a pH of about 6.5 - 7.5. So it's basic. Gastric juices are acidic while the saliva is basic. By "sip by sip", I mean that the water should touch the tongue and other parts of the mouth Do not gulp it directly. This way, saliva along with water also goes
down to the stomach. This helps in neutralization of the stomach. It is an ideal condition. Gulping water can cause Hernia, Appendicitis
and in the long run Prostate cancer.

3) LET WATER BE THE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING
 
You may have heard that drinking water in the morning increases metabolism. This is mainly because of two reasons. Firstly, when you drink water just after getting up, it clears the large intestine so you don't feel constipated. Secondly, saliva formed all through the night goes along with the water that you drink in the morning. It has been scientifically proven that the saliva in the morning is most powerful. It can in itself cure many diseases. So, drink water before you brush or rinse your mouth. It may sound weird but this will make you healthier. If you have problem with this, brush your teeth in the night before sleeping.

 4) AVOID CHILLED WATER

I know we all love chilled water. It quenches our thirst. But unfortunately, chilled water is not good for our body. Chilled water decreases the body temperature
hence decreasing the pace of digestion. Not only this, but chilled water also solidifies the fat from food in the stomach. This way your body starts storing fat. And your weight tends to increase Drinking warm water is best for our body but ya it is very difficult to drink it all the time. At least, drink water at room temperature. If it's really hot and you can not control your craving for chilled water then in that case drink water from an earthen clay pot.

 5) DO NOT DRINK WATER IN STANDING POSITION

When we drink water while standing, the water hits the food pipe with a great force.
As a result, the gastric juices tend to come up. This is called Gastroesophageal Reflux DiseaseSo, whenever possible drink water in a sitting position.

6) DRINK ATLEAST 3 LITRES OF WATER PER DAY

Drinking a lot of water is very beneficial. Skin glows, No fatigue, no headache, no dehydration. Keep your body hydrated always. If the colour of your urine is dark yellow or your lips are dry, it indicates that you are dehydrated. So, water is essential and more importantly, it has to be drunk the right way.

Try applying these tips and you will surely find  big improvement in your health.
